Content description: The gendarme stands cool in his uniform, looking totally straight-faced before suddenly dropping into his usual goofy pose as he presents a vibrant bouquet of flowers with a smug, almost proud grin. This classic French police officer clearly thinks he's totally killing it with this romantic gesture, nailing his smooth delivery while serving up some undeniable charm and cheesy romance.
