Content description: Steve Carell, looking dead-serious like he's about to perform a delicate surgery, holds a black nose trimmer right up to his nostril in the start frame. By the end, he's shoved the device deep into his nose, staring straight ahead with an expression that screams 'pain' and 'bravado' as he goes through with the self-care routine.
