Steve Carell, looking absolutely freaked out with shaving cream caked all over his face, goes full nope as his eyes bulge out of his head and his mouth drops open in pure shock. The dude is clearly going through an epic mental breakdown, screaming silently with a look that says 'no way' as if something totally insane just happened.
