Content description: This horrifying scene features Matilda Lawler, who is absolutely freaking out as her eyes are replaced with giant, fleshy, grub-like creatures that are oozing blood. The vibe is super creepy and intense, perfectly capturing the nightmare fuel from the town of Derry as she reacts with pure shock and terror.
