Content description: Leonardo DiCaprio, looking like he's about to explode from the inside, starts in the start frame with his mouth wide open, eyes rolled back, and head thrown way back as if he's swallowing something heavy or about to throw up. By the end, he's bent double over a sink, face crumpled and eyes squeezed shut, clearly mid-sickening gagging fit, looking absolutely done with life.
